Sails also offers a seven course degustation menu designed for the enjoyment of the whole table with matched wines also available.

Award Winning Wine List
The wine list at Sails is an extensive award-winning collection, having been awarded a ‘Two Glass’ rating by Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine since 2010. Sails on Lavender Bay has an extensive wine list with vintages sourced from Australia and Europe on offer for diners, including 25 wines available by the glass. Sails on Lavender Bay also utilises the 'Coravin System' to serve premium wines by the glass. The Coravin system allows wine to be kept for a longer period without altering its quality.
